Tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile is one type of pile foundation in civil engineering and construction. 

The size and design of steel pipe pile to adapt (i.e., casing) at the end of a pile tip after sinking into the soil after dipping in casing steel skeleton, then pouring concrete side vibration or hammer extubation, using vibration extubation of rammed concrete and the formation of perfusion. The construction method is applicable to the condition of groundwater, quicksand and silt.

Using hammer sinking pile equipment sinking tube and pulling pipe pile is called Hammer Sinking Pipe Grouting pile.

It is called vibro sinking pipe cast-in-place pile by vibrator vibration sinking tube and pulling pipe pile.

According to the immersed tube method and the vibration when the pipe is pulled out, the casing hole filling pile can be divided into hammer sinking pipe cast-in-place pile and vibrating sinking pipe cast-in-place pile. The former is usually used in general cohesive soil, silt soil, sand soil and artificial fill foundation, and the latter can be used in the slightly dense and medium density macadam foundation besides the above scope.

In order to improve the quality and bearing capacity of piles, the construction techniques of single shot, double play and reverse insertion are often used in immersed tube piles. Single game (also called a extubation): extubation, every increase of 0.5 ~ 1.0m, 5 ~ 10s vibration, then extubation in 0.5 ~ 1.0m, this is repeated until all pull out; complex play: two singles were continuously in the same pile hole, or according to the needs of the local retapping. During construction, it should be ensured that the axis of the two immersed tubes coincide before and after the concrete pre-setting; the reverse insertion method: the steel pipe is lifted 0.5m, and then inserted 0.3m, so that it can be repeated until it is pulled out.
