Corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in the process of pulp and paper production has good corrosion resistance performance. And 316L stainless steel resist ocean and the erosion of industrial atmosphere.
The intermittent use of under 1600 degrees and 700 degrees in the following, continuous use of 316L stainless steel has good oxidation resistance. In the range 800-1575 degrees inside, it is best not to continuous action 316l stainless steel. But outside the temperature range of continuous use 316L stainless steel, the stainless steel manufacturers has good heat resistance. The performance of the resistance of 316L stainless steel carbide precipitation is better than 316 stainless steel, can use the above temperature range.
In 1010-1150 degrees of solid solution annealing temperature range, and then rapidly cooling. 316L stainless steel can't overheating treatment for hardening.
316L stainless steel has good welding performance. Can use all the standard welding method to weld. When welding according to usage, respectively using 316cb, 316L or 309cb filler rod or electrode of stainless steel welding. In order to obtain the best corrosion resistance, 316 stainless steel pipe welding section of annealing after welding is required to deal with. If you use 316l stainless steel, do not need to undertake annealing treatment after welding.
